Anne and Diana Ride or Die

I grew up watching Anne of Green Gables because my mom really liked the movie series. I found the raspberry cordial/currant wine scene horrifying - an innocent mistake, instant judgement, and the drama of a forbidden friendship. As I got older and could tolerate the stress and cringe of this part of the story a bit better, I also grew to appreciate the loyalty and bond of this "ride or die" friendship!
