• Refunds will be issued minus the cost of shipping.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
• We ask that artwork be returned undamaged and in its original packaging.
• Refunds will be issued back in the same form payment is made.
• Refunds will be issued upon receipt of undamaged artwork.
• Refunds are not available for personalized or commissioned artwork.
